Hey everyone I’m back from my holiday, I’m a little tired from the travelling (waiting 40 mins for a taxi at Liverpool airport is not fun!!) The flight was a little more hectic today because it was quite confusing when we got to the airport. First we had to check in at the desk (because we booked before May with Ryanair) then there was a hand luggage and passport control (which in our 3 consecutive years of flying there have never experienced) so we had to have our passports checked again , then we had them checked again when putting our stuff through the scanner, then we had them checked AGAIN at security before going to the departure lounge
Then when we were at security my dad had stupidly put in his bag a big jar of honey (don’t ask why me and my mum didn’t even know he’d bought it, let alone put it in his suitcase) so obviously the woman checks his bag and tells him he can’t take it so we’re like ok but my mum is fuming because this isn’t the first time my dad’s done this
We were flying out from Liverpool last year and he put his whole toiletry bag in his rucksack including my toothpaste etc, so at security all that got thrown away so we thought he’d learnt his lesson…obviously not
oh and then on the flight we’re just sitting there with our snacks and drinks and one of the flight attendants knocks into my dad and sends his hot chocolate flying and it spilled all over my mum burning her so then she screamed, I don’t think he even apologised or gave us a free hot chocolate 
Anyway so my holiday didn’t turn out too bad, I started being all snappy and pmsy and they stopped criticising me so that was okay we went to some nice places like we went to the beach on Friday and my aunt has a pool in her garden so we were in there a lot. It was really hot most days averaging 36 degrees 
I had to be careful I didn’t get burned because I don’t tan I burn LOL
I’ve not much else to say but I will put some holiday pics up soon, thanks to everyone for being understanding about me being away and I’ll return comments now

They are really strict at airports these days
They even scan inside your shoes at Gatwick, I found it quite odd.. xD

I’ve been to Disneyland when I was seven and my dad bought me this Wizard Mickey Mouse, you know? The one with the red cape and the blue hat with stars on it!! I love it!! But winnie pooh would be even better :P

Security has gotten so tight at airports now thanks to the stupid terrorists and people bringing in diseases and such… ¬.¬ It’s a joke!
Airports are so strict nowadays. I guess it’s a good thing in a way, it keeps everyone safe. Aha, what does your dad need the honey for? LMFAO xD That’s pretty funny. They’re probably scared about it carrying diseases like swine flu or something x_x
What a rude attendant. You should complain about him. I feel bad for your mom, having to ride in wet clothes the rest of the way.

Ugh, I hate getting passports checked and all that. It’s a big fat bother. On my last trip overseas, I hated filling in forms every time we caught a plane – we caught a plane about eight times that holiday. Annoying.
That flight attendant was such a turd. If it was an ordinary person then I would understand why they wouldn’t pay for a new one or might not even apologise… but this was a flight attendant! For fuck’s sake. D:
Haha we always got a lot of stuff taken when we went overseas. They took our chocolate spread because we didn’t think it was liquid… we were taking it from home to overseas. And liquids weren’t allowed and it was like… Ugh.
OOH yeah, some of the trains here have leather seats; the ones that go interstate or whatever.
I love the most visited thing in Safari! It’s what I have found most amusing all this time. :P
Haha wow, I’m not the only one then. When I’m out and about I just shut my laptop to sleep. But when it’s ME who is sleeping… the laptop is off.
I hate standing up on public transport too.. I remember watching this thing on TV about people not offering disabled or pregnant women a seat. And I was pretty mad. Then one time I saw someone offer a seat to a pregnant woman as soon as she stepped on the train and for some reason that really touched me. lol.
Wow it doesn’t seem like it went off on a good start. I’m glad once you got there you enjoyed yourself, at least. What a crazy string of events leading up to it, though! Welcome back!

There should be an easier way of checking security at the airport, I dont know what it could be but there should be!

I went to Japan and I was kind of pissed at first because we had no internet connection and I was bored. The toilet had this transparent-ish door and my mom was in there until like two in the morning, so the light was blinding me when I was asleep. I can’t share a room with three people, I really can’t. It’s impossible :P
That’s kind of weird that he put a jar of honey, lmfao. Truth is, we did too because I bought a jar of honey in Japan but I couldn’t finish it so we put it in the luggage. Nothing happened though. There was this once when my mom winked at me when we were passing through customs because my dad was being checked and they found nail clippers. My mom supposedly winked at me to say “I’ve got nail clippers too.” But then the guys at the customs come through and search her like check her body and stuff like that. I was laughing so hard.
Welcome back =D! Arr I hate planes so much. I hate having to wait in that long line and having to go through all those security checks, I hate flying and the food, I hate jetlag. I hate it xDDD

Oh my gosh! The flying experience sounded a bit hectic. The air ports are a being extra cautions these days and are triple checking (and more) things like passports and bags. But what wassup with the honey? That’s a little funny and odd. As for hot chocolate being spilled I would have been livid. I can’t imagine how it felt and if you ask me, Mom deserved a free hot chocolate and apology!
