Batiste Light & Blonde Dry Shampoo Review

batiste light & blonde dry shampoo

Since Batiste grew exponentially in popularity, they have continually updated and released new products. Having loved the tropical one, I decided to give the Light and Blonde one a try seeing as my hair is blonde and sometimes the white can be difficult to rub out.

Light & Blonde smells pretty much like the original, which I don’t mind the scent of. I usually spray my hair quite liberally with dry shampoo seeing as I have the greasiest hair in the world, (well maybe not the world, but habitual hair twirling doesn’t help!) and I found that even after rubbing it, it gave my hair a yellow tinge and made my existing blonde hair look very yellow and brassy instead of blending in with my existing highlights.

All in all, I won’t be repurchasing this as I do prefer the smell of the tropical one, but the main thing I disliked was the fact it gave my hair a yellow tinge. It possibly would be more suitable for darker blondes and someone who has an all over colour rather than highlights. Therefore I’ll be sticking to my trusty tropical! πŸ™‚

Batiste Light & Blonde Dry Shampoo can be purchased from supermarkets and drugstores for Β£3.99.
