No 7 Stay Perfect Shade and Define Eye Pencils in Pink Pearl and Gunmetal Grey

No 7 Stay Perfect Shade and Define Eye Pencils swatch in Pink Pearl and Gunmetal Grey

Sometimes- like many bloggers- I feel that too often I blog about things that may be a little too expensive and whilst I love coming out of Space NK with my bags full and my purse empty there are some equally great products out there which don’t have to cost the earth. So I’m going to be doing a regular feature on budget buys- those items that are simply amazing, but don’t cost a weeks wages.

My first must have budget buy is the No 7 Shade and Define Eye Pencils (£8.00). I looked at the much hyped Charlotte Tilbury’s Colour Chameleons and was very tempted to pick one up, but the negative reviews of Black Diamonds made me hesitant. I then lusted after the By Terry Ombre Blackstar pencils but at £28 a pop I wondered if there would be anything that was just as amazing, but didn’t make me baulk at handing over the best part of £60 for two pencils- cue No 7 Stay Perfect Shade and Define Eye Pencils

They’re creamy, not too glittery and last just as long as my higher end eyeshadows. They are also super easy to use- just twist, swipe, blend with your finger and voilà- perfect peepers in less than 30 seconds. I’ve only got two colours so far – Pink Pearl and Gunmetal Grey but I’ve definitely got my eye on other colours in the range – particularly Cool Mink and Coffee Bean a perfect pairing for any neutral lovin’ gal. If you’re in the market for some eye pencils, forget By Terry and try some of these bad boys, you won’t be disappointed.
