Lapiz of Luxury is another popular colour from Essie. I don’t own many blue polishes and the ones I do are very different from this which is why I opted for this. It’s a pastel blue, similar to a periwinkle or cornflower colour and looks lovely on the nails.

Like other Essie polishes it seems to last quite well on the nails and applies like a dream with the new brush. However the only drawback I can think of is that it is a very sheer nail polish so more than one coat is needed to achieve the opaque look.

Overall, it’s a lovely colour and really different to a lot of blue nail polishes I’ve seen.
