Hi all, I’m a little depressed today so i’ll keep it short and sweet. Today I got my A Level results. They were not as good as I’d hoped but I’d anticipated I’d not done too good because of the way I felt my exams went. I have got into university…just. I needed 220 points and I got 250. My results were actually
ICT- C
Biology- D
French – D
AS Level General Studies – B
and surprisingly that dumbass general studies exam which I didnt want to do is what saved my ass from not being accepted into university.
I was 4 marks off a C in my biology so I don’t really count that as too bad because I only just missed out but my French was a disaster.
My parents haven’t been too bad actually, my mum initially said that she was disappointed in me, but she’s since come to terms with it and she said I didn’t do too bad and that I should follow my ambition of being an author. My dad was so nice to me he still told me he was proud and gave me some money as well
I think my main ambition is to be a writer now, like an author, I’m rubbish at journalism to be honest but I like writing fiction and when I’ve written enough I might post it on here.
Anyway enough of that, I’m working on a new layout and I’ll do some content this afternoon, initially I wasn’t in the mood because of this morning but I’m feeling better overall now

If there were more hours in a day I could totally get more things done, sigh. Right now I am feeling a bit bored because I just don’t want to do site work LOL.

Mine’s pretty fast but those service packs take forever to update.
I don’t really like the pitch black; kinda scares me haha. LOL, you’re not materialistic. Sometimes I freak out that I will get burgled too. I actually freak out about getting a fire in my house and what I’m gonna go do with all my stuff if it burns and all. T_T hahaha.
Your grades aren’t too bad! At least you got in. I got a poopy score of 80.10 for uni, and I JUST made it into my course (the required score was 80.10). It’s pretty stupid actually. Well, you no longer have to worry about it. At least your parents aren’t being so narky about it either.
I used to want to do something like Journalism, but that needs a high score. Bleh. I could be an editor though.
Cheer up! We all learn from our mistakes. You didn’t do that bad either. Maybe Biology and French were not for you. :P

About my biggest achievement is getting the highest mark in our written drama exam, and when my teacher realised she turned round to me and said “who did you sleep with?”
I was like “You bitch!” She started laughing and decided that my other drama teacher needed to know so she rang her and told her. She was like “Kerry got 72 in the exam and just to put this into perspective, Becky [who just happens to be the cleverest person I know] only got 43!” Then they cackled down the phone at each other.
I’ll kind of give them that one though. I used to sit there in the theory lessons with my mouth wide open shouting “Julie, will you purlease slow down. I don’t understand this Shakespeare shit!” ha!
Anyway, you did good! I got Drama – C, English – D and AS General – E. You win! lol. At least you got into your uni. Congrats on that! xD

Some people are really good at writing fiction and not news. Because obviously those two are different things. Good to know that your dad supports you all the way through.

School and grades are not the only indicator of who’s good in what and smart in which subject etc.

Buffy was amazing! Me and my sister always watched it! I think we didn’t miss one episode.. I can’t imagine how I did forget about Buffy on my current blog.. it’s just waaay to long ago.. Did you watch Angel?
Hehe, they should get “used” to it step by step.. and I tink something like True Blood would bring her 10 steps closer every episode xD
So they just “invented” that character? I kinda like the whole Sam and Tara story.. I don’t know why though..
I wouldn’t really consider them cute.. I think Jasper has this pretty weird look.. and Edward is beyond being “cute”… and Emmett.. I would consider him somewhat hot I guess xD

Youre young, you have tons of time to establish yourself, do better, find what you really want to do, and live your life. These grades right now dont matter in the long run, really.

Thanks, I had a great time camping. The weather wasn’t that great but I still had a really good time.
