Eye Primers help your eye makeup last longer and stop eyeshadow creasing and sliding off.
I’ve tried the Urban Decay primer potion, which I got along with an Urban Decay palette.
I am a big fan of the Urban decay primer potion, it makes my eyeshadow last so long but I recently ran out and at £12 a pop it’s quite expensive. I’d been reading some reviews about the MUA eye primer and decided that at £2.50 it was well worth a try.
There is less in than the UD primer potion with 7.5ml comparatively with 11ml. It comes in a tube like a mascara with a doe foot applicator.
Its nude coloured and while it may be too light for some people I find its similar to my skintone so I don’t notice any difference in colour when putting on my eyeshadow. I absolutely love this primer, my eye makeup lasts so much longer without creasing and stays fairly strong and vibrant as when I first apply it. At £2.50 as well it is a steal.
The only thing I would say is a possible fault to find is I find the applicator has too much product. I only need to use one application for both eyelids and even then I dot it in and blend with my fingers
With and without flash
Eye makeup after 7 hours.
Verdict: I would definitely recommend this, it’s every bit as good as the UD primer potion and at a fraction of the price.
