I’ve recently had an abundance of bananas and as delicious as banana cake is, I wanted to try something new. I’d read about one ingredient ice cream made with bananas and as I’m on a never ending quest to eat as much as I want and miraculously lose weight, I thought I’d give it a go.
- 4 bananas
1. Peel and cut the bananas into slices
2. Put on a plate and put in the freezer for a couple of hours
3. Put the banana in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy.
You can always add different flavours like vanilla or raspberry or simply eat it as it is. It’s lovely and creamy and definitely feels like more of a treat than it is!
