I’ve recently been experimenting with alternatives to cows milk and found I quite like almond milk. It makes a tasty low fat smoothie which I can easily whip up after a hard session at the gym.
Serves: 1 Pro Points: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 banana (spotty preferably)
- handful of frozen raspberries
Add everything into the blender then blend and enjoy!
