Almond Milk, Banana and Raspberry Smoothie

I’ve recently been experimenting with alternatives to cows milk and found I quite like almond milk. It makes a tasty low fat smoothie which I can easily whip up after a hard session at the gym.

Almond Milk, Banana and Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 banana (spotty preferably)
  • handful of frozen raspberries

Add everything into the blender then blend and enjoy!
