I finally replied to my university offers on saturday eek
my firm choice is Salford and my insurance choice is UCLAN. I expect I’ll be getting a load of stuff next week about it. All I have to do now is apply for finance. I guess I’m really lucky, I know a fair few people going to Salford so I won’t be totally alone which has been my biggest fear about going especially as I’m living away from home too.
I had a look at accommodation today and it was impressive I have to say I love it there I’m so excited, plus me and my friend Steph are sharing a flat with 4 other people we don’t know yet.

Who knew yeast could be so boring, my whole biology coursework is based on this stupid single celled organism that eventually kills itself from making too much alcohol
Seriously though this coursework is like so hard and I’m super busy with it at the moment.
I have to have my whole plan in by friday and to be honest I’m dreading it. I’ve done all my research but it’s still a tall order for friday. I burnt my finger today in biology so my fingers killing atm. I’m trying not to type with it though.

Its also photo day on friday, another thing I’m dreading. Why am i dreading it? because I’ve broke out this week hopefully it’ll have gone down by friday, I’m crossing my fingers lol

I went seeing Watchmen last friday with my friends. I think it was pretty good although at 2 and a half hours it was pretty long. I also think it was a bit slow at getting going because of all the flashbacks. For about the first half an hour me and my friend were like why is this an 18 it should be a 15 instead its not that bad but then we realised why it was an 18.

It wasn’t so much the swearing because although there was a fair bit in there wasn’t much more than a 15 would have anyway. However the violence was extreme lol with broken bones coming through flesh and arms being sawn off with a buzz saw and chucking acid on peoples faces, it was pretty gory lol, a bit like Saw if you’ve ever seen those lol.
Also there was a fair bit of sex/nudity in too haha. Like Dr Manhattan was just naked all the time so there was a lot of glowing blue penis exposure lmao
I was reading on the board for watchmen on the IMDB that there were these Americans trying to get it banned because they said the penis thing was pornography and they’d took their kids to watch it and then ended up having to explain sex to them because of the scene between nite owl II and silk spectre II but then others were like why would you take your kid to an R Rated movie and didn’t you do your research first and why didn’t you leave before the sex scene that was wayyy into the film there’s shit loads of violence before that lol. It’s not a comic book film its a graphic novel.

However I thought it was pretty cool and if you’re old enough to see it go see it, if you’re not? wait till it comes out on dvd

I’m so lax with applications for the site at the moment I get advertising applications, read them then forget and look at my inbox a week later and think oh yeah I was supposed to reply to that haha.

Anyway today’s updates are:
I’ve posted some more stock images of when I went to France and took some of this place called Collioure. I was pretty ill that day but I managed to take some fairly decent pictures I think
