Budget Wishlist

Like many of us money is not disposable to me at the moment. With having graduated from university just over a year ago and living in my own place, I find a lot of my pay each month gets eaten up with bills, rent and paying off debts. Anything left goes on food (of which I will never skimp on because I love food!) and lastly beauty bits.
I’d love to spend my remaining 50 or so pounds on luxurious Hourglass Veil Primer, or a YSL lippie, believe me! but it’s hard to justify and doesn’t seem right that for the little amount of money I have left in my hand to last me a month, I have one thing to show for it.

So in true budget style this is my wishlist of beauty bits that I want (or need!), stretching my money like elastic.

1. Tresemme Freeze Hold Hairspray
I’ve officially come to the end of my hairspray, which is a bit of a disaster. As it’s on offer for half price at Tesco I thought I’d give this a go!

2. Batiste Dry Shampoo
Although I’ve still got quite a bit of dry shampoo left, I’m not impressed with either, so I want my favourite tropical dry shampoo back in my collection for those greasy haired days.

3. MUA Pro Base Eye Primer
I love this eye primer, and i’m scraping the sides of my current one, so I definitely need to replenish this. The only problem is it’s sold out everywhere!

4. Essie Good to Go Top Coat
With the upcoming party season, I’ll probably not have enough cash spare to treat myself to a manicure, so I’ll need to ensure when I do my nails they don’t chip after half an hour. I’ve never tried this so we’ll have to see how it goes.

5. Pantene Volume & Body Shampoo
Another hair product! but I seem to go through so much shampoo, and again it’s on offer at Tesco, making it a pretty thrifty purchase.

I love Tresemme products. They leave my hair feeling amazinggg. Super soft.

I have that eye primer! It’s amazing, isn’t it? The first time I bought it was a dubious because it was so cheap but it’s great.

The Essie top coat is good — my sister has it and she uses it all the time, so I’m sure you’ll have no problems with it. 🙂

I’m the same, I get new stuff in the hope it’ll make my room look neater and it never works. Fail.

    Take care! xx

I’ve never been a massive fan of their shampoos tbh they seemed to make my hair quite stripped and dry, however i’m liking this hairspray so far! Yes its so good I wish I could get my bloody hands on it though it’s always sold out, i’m even beginning to wonder if they’ve just discontinued it 🙁 xx
