Sea Salt Water Biscuits

- 200g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g butter, cold, cut into cubes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas mark 4
- Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
- Add the flour, butter, baking powder and ½ tsp of sea salt into a food processor then mix until completely mixed.
- Add 4 tbsp water and mix until the dough comes together. Add more water if needed until it resembles a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough as thinly as possible into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush some water over the dough and scatter 1tsp of sea salt and press in.
- Prick the dough all over with a fork then cut into 18 squares.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes on the trays then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
