Essie ‘Sunday Funday’ is another nail polish I purchased at the beginning of the summer.
It is described as being a ‘tangerine coral crush shimmer’, which I would say is a pretty accurate description to be honest.
The pictures don’t do it justice because it’s a lovely coral colour that’s a perfect balance of pink and orange so it changes from one light to the next.
It’s great for wearing over summer, but also if you’re making the most of September and going on an exotic holiday this would also be perfect, think Indian Summer or sunning yourself in Morrocco wearing this.
The added bonus to this shade is like ‘Full Steam Ahead’ it has flecks of white glitter, not immediately noticeable but enough to give this an added dimension making it unlike any other coral coloured polish and it doesnt make the finish ‘rough’ or removal difficult like other glitter poishes.
In terms of durability I actually think this nail polish exceeds some of the other Essie polishes I own. After 5 days I have some tip wear on my nails but no chipping and I’m not wearing a top coat.
I think this is probably one of my favourite Essie shades, I’ve been wearing it on my toes all summer as it just looks fabulous.
Essie ‘Sunday Funday’ can be purchased from drugstores such as Boots for £7.99
