MAC Goodies

After coveting MAC cosmetics for so long, and trying out various eyeliners, I decided to try the MAC fluidline eyeliner gel in blacktrack, as I’d seen good reviews from other users.
I decided to also buy the brush to apply the eyeliner gel which is the MAC brush 209

Overall I have to say I love this eyeliner. It’s about as difficult to apply as a liquid eyeliner, so if you’ve got shaky hands you will have to practice! The colour is intense which I love as I barely have to put any on the brush so I know it will last me for ages.
It also lasts all day without fading, and it doesnt smudge, although it’s not waterproof and I have noticed I do end up with panda eyes when showering, but I’m not entirely sure if that’s my mascara running.
I definitely will be using this eyeliner in future it gives an intense colour, lasts all day, it’s smooth and easy to apply. It’s also very quick drying so I can apply my mascara immediately after without it going all over my eyelid. The only fault I can find with this eyeliner is if i put it too close to the corner of my eye it does smudge onto the skin underneath, but that’s possibly my application, not the actual eyeliner.

I also needed a new concealer, to replace the original one I had. I originally had IT Stick by Benefit, which is discontinued and is still the best concealer I’ve ever used, but this that I bought is quite a decent replacement.
This is the Studio Finish concealer SP35 in NC15 which is a creamy formula and covers well. Again you don’t need to use a lot to cover up blemishes. At £13.50 it is fairly expensive, and I’ve still not decided if I will buy another once this one runs out I haven’t quite made my mind up on this one.

As you can see with both, I have already used these, I bought these a couple of weeks ago but I was too excited to use them so I pretty much opened them right away.
Final thing to say, I’m still getting my images and my camera right so if there’s some dodgy shots I apologise, I will get better

Why can’t you get anything? I should be able to ship to the UK. I don’t see why not…Georgina is sending me stuff from Australia…

Yeah, hahaha. It’s messy still though. I have clothes all over the floor still but I think I’m going to clean it up after I blog today.

I hardly use make up so I don’t know much. So most make up seem fine, to me!

I just had to comment once I saw you were posting about MAC cosmetics. I’m actually quite a big fan of the MAC gel liner (which you got)!!! They’re so easy to put on, it dries fast, and no smears! I love it. I don’t love the price though…hahah

I don’t used to use makeup but I occasionally do when I want to take a picture of me.lol And also, I’m used with liquid eyeliner than the pencil one. I hear a lot of good feedback about mac cosmetic.

I’m not a big fan of makeup to be honest, I rarely wear it apart from a bit of foundation to cover up my scars. I did, however, buy an eyeliner a little while ago. (http://www.superdrug.com/eye-liner/max-factor-liquid-effect-eyeliner-black-fire/invt/267957/) It’s pretty good, but I don’t really know a lot about makeup to judge, haha.

I tried liquid eyeliner once and I blinked, and it went inside my eye and my eye was black haha, I panicked. 🙁

I know a lot of people who love MAC products though; maybe when I start getting into makeup a bit more, I’ll buy some MAC products. 😛

To be honest, I think I’m not into it because I don’t know how to apply it correctly. :X Who knows.
