I’ve mentioned previously I’m absolutely rubbish at moisturising, I’m incredibly lazy and it always seems too much of a laborious task. Combine that with the fact I hate the greasy feeling moisturisers leave on my skin so my legs stick to my pjs and it’s no wonder I tend to skip the post shower moisturising.
Last year I discovered Nivea’s In Shower moisturiser, which has transformed my life, so I wasn’t sure how this would fit into my routine. However after reading that it was essentially a spray on moisturiser I thought I’d give it a go.
It comes in three scents, Aloe Fresh, Cocoa Radiant and Essential Moisture. I opted for the Cocoa Radiant one as I love the smell of cocoa butter. The moisturiser comes out in a fine spray-similar to if you’re using a bottle of spray tan- and with a quick rub it’s absorbed and it’s as easy as that. If you’ve seen the advert where she gives her legs a quick wipe and puts her jeans on- it is literally that quick!
Afterwards my skin felt soft and smooth without that horrid greasy tacky feeling you usually get with moisturisers. If you were quite dry skinned or needed something more intense then I would say don’t rely on this alone to do the job but for a top up or on normal skin it’s fab.
This product is a gem! It’s affordable at only £3.99 and perfect for those who are either in need of a quick moisturiser before getting ready, or those of us who are incredibly lazy and want to jump straight into bed at night.
